Problem

Stock, orders and deliveries were tracked by hand, which caused order errors and slow processing.

We reorganised the warehouse and built a barcode-scanning app for stock, orders and deliveries.

Result

Productivity up 67%, processing 55% faster, and no more order errors.

• More than 43,700 items processed in the new inventory system.
• Delivery and inventory steps now run automatically.
• The team was trained and fully using the app within two weeks.
