Getting Started
Welcome to BlackStack! This guide will walk you through the basics of setting up your playbook and creating your first templates. We'll get you prospecting faster in less than 5 minutes.
1. Setting up your account
Before you can start saving templates, you'll need to create a BlackStack account. You can sign up using your preferred auth provider for a frictionless experience.
- Navigate to the signup page.
- Choose your preferred authentication method.
- Complete your profile to unlock custom sharing options.
2. Creating your first template
Templates in BlackStack let you save your best-performing outreach messages. Whether it's a cold email, a LinkedIn connection note, or an objection handler, you can save it once and trigger it anywhere.
To create a template:
- Click on the "New Template" button in your dashboard.
- Type or paste your proven sales message into the editor.
- Add dynamic variables for fast personalization.
- Add relevant tags (like #objection or #followup) to find it instantly.
- Click Save.
3. Organizing your Playbook
As your library of winning messages grows, keeping it organized is essential so you don't lose them in old threads. Collections allow you to group related templates together.
